Masahiro Akishino (秋篠雅弘, born 1963) was a programmer and game designer. An early employee of Telenet Japan, he was the original head of Wolf Team when it was officially established in 1987, acting as producer on all of the studio's games. He was sometimes credited under the pseudonym Kazuto Onishi (大西一斗).

Akishino later established J-Force, but the company was reportedly beset by financial problems and project delays. He disappeared near the end of 1994, leaving J-Force to fall into bankruptcy and its projects to be completed by other studios. His whereabouts remain unknown to this day.
