    Takayoshi Sato is a Japanese artist responsible for most of the models and character design in the first two Silent Hill games. He also did all (!) the CG movies in both games all by himself, from concept to direction and full design. His first game was Sexy Parodius as a part of the porting process where he did some of the artwork, animations and designed the interface. He was the only artist on the team for the console conversion.

    After those game he worked at Electronic Arts, Inc. and was associate art director on Goldeneye: Rogue Agent. He later left to work on serious games at the company Virtual Heroes.

    He initially studied sculpture and fine art at Tama Art University in Toyko.
