Apparently anti-matter is produced naturally on earth. Yep, Hollywood definitely never lies, especially when BBC says so.

That's not bad, but for my final hallelujah i'm waiting for naturally produced intelligence for human beings. I know, this seem to be more unrealistic and unbelievable than the endless universe or an non-paedophile pope in the Vatican. BUT i do believe in the mantra: Hope dies last! :)

It'll be a long wait. Intelligence isn't a natural among humans. It's an acquired trait. The rest is usually indoctrination of mimicry.

Since we are on the science news. We may have two suns soon (soon as within the next million years)

Fascinating.

Stars such as the supernova produce elements that are critical to life on Earth.

Quite literally, the whole of Earth and our solar system is made of star stuff, including most of the heavy elements of the Periodic Table.

“It literally makes things like gold, silver - all the heavy elements - even things like uranium….a star like Betelgeuse is instantly forming for us all sorts of heavy elements and atoms that our own Earth and our own bodies have from long past supernovi.

Learn something new everyday. The only thing noteworthy I knew about the sun was that it has one element we don't have in our periodic table. And this was from a science book in 1979. :p

Well, that and cosmic radiation that causes that crazy scrambled ant screen when nothing is on TV. :p

It's also pooped out by monster eating aliens similar to kittens, but not ;)

I find it quite annoying that the closest thing to alien life form I'm ever going to meet in my life time is my neighbors' deformed nose. Surely the universe better start getting a sense of humor like sending us three breasted Venusians. That would be fascinating. :)

My first novel is about an alien race, but not the kind you'd expect. More on that later though, don't want to give away too many surprises :p

Ten bucks says I can download it from the internet before you publish it. :)

It doesn't have to be Venusian, but I'm betting that anything with three breasts will be an instant cult hit. :) :)

There are some Earth women with three breasts.

The title of the thread and discussion of boobs was just too tempting. 8D

Out of all the boobies there, you picked that pic? I'm disappointed. :)

Only in MG can you turn a discussion on anti-matter science to three breasted boobies.

Boobies might be considered as some sort of antimatter. They annihilate money and

Because it's censored?

Would it be too juvenile to introduce panspermia into the discussion? ;)

(It's actually a kinda interesting theory btw.)

(It's actually a kinda interesting theory btw.) [/Q --end DANIEL HAWKS ! wrote--] I've mentioned extremophiles before. It does give perspective on our possibly incorrect perspective on of life and habitable environments. Unfortunately, to my knowledge, we have not yet had alien contact of any kind, even microscopic three breasted amoebas traveling on an intergalactic meteor orgy.

Most of those are fakes, but this one is real.

Blimey.

The universe can't bother to think of creating Venusians and Martians, yet still has time to create feet with nipples. And I thought I had priority disorders. :p

Indonesia just had their first crop circle a few days ago. Amazing how much attention it got and even had the government send in cough specialists cough. Apparently no one knows about youtube in this country. :p
