Red Marble Games general download notes
Our games are available in two formats: Macbinary, with a ".bin" file extension, and BinHex, with a ".hqx" extension. Macbinary downloads are smaller, but you may need special decompression software to unpack the file. StuffIt Expander (included on all recent Macs) can unpack MacBinary files, so if you have Expander be sure to choose the ".bin" files for the smaller download. (If you don't, you should consider getting it; Expander is free, and is a valuable tool).

Once you have downloaded the game archive, either double-click it (again, if you have StuffIt Expander) or open it in your decompression program. That will unpack the installer; click on the installer program and follow the instructions there.

Rolling Marbles runs on OS 9 as well as OS X. On systems earlier than OS X, the game requires CarbonLib 1.6 or later. Check in your Extensions folder to be sure you're up to date.
