Boobs 'Em Up

Boobs 'em up is a single player, keyboard controlled fighting game with a multiplayer options. The base game is free and supplies one character, Desiree, but many more are available as chargeable, downloadable content. At the time of writing, May 2019, STEAM lists ninety-nine add-ons for this game ranging from male, female and transgender characters; new locations among which are clubs and toilets for the characters to dance in; new multiplayer levels including a strip club and a gynecology clinic; and additional customisations including body piercings and intimate hair.

while additional characters have to be paid for there are in-game messages stating that once a player completes a single player level they can download another character for free.

The single player game sees the player controls a naked prostitute fighting against other naked prostitutes while in the background other non playing characters have sex. The single player levels are all fought on a 2D side scrolling screen where waves of opponents come at Desiree at once. It's NOT a fair fight from the outset and though the status bars at the top of the screen may show Desiree's health and that of one other opponent combat is more of a melee than a one on one battle. The early levels are fought in the street and the player can find and use weapons, some are scattered around while others may br dropped by defeated opponents , a dildo makes a great thrown weapon in this game. Additional weapons can be found by smashing crates, trash cans and other street furniture.
Multiplayer levels are 3D and free roaming in nature and feature indoor locations such as a a strip club and a gynecology clinic. Here combat is the same but is the camera angles can be changed though the default tends to be from above and behind the player's character.

The initial character is Desiree whose in-game biography says she was born in Argentina, raised in the US as a Mormon and spent four years on the college dance team. She started work in San Diego and dated a guy who ran a porn site and filmed some sex scenes with him and when they broke up she naturally decided to try and work as a prostitute.

The free game starts with a scene showing Desiree in the gym facing off to a straw dummy against which the player can practice their attacking and defensive moves and increase her skill level. Around the outer edges of the screen are icons for different events* In the following descriptions MP refers to MultiPlayer levels, these are all add-on levels which must be purchased.

On the left of the screen are icons to start Level One (single player); enter the MP Big Club; enter the MP Strip Club; enter MP Gynecology; and start Level Two (single player).

• Next to these icons are game controls;

  • Brightness - which, as it says, allows the player to adjust the brightness of the screen
  • Gynecology - which gives the player over twenty slider controls to customise Desiree's vagina
  • Skills - where Desiree will show off her martial arts prowess
  • Customisation - where the player can alter Desiree's face and body
  • Sexual Orientation - Desiree can be heterosexual or lesbian, there's also a gay option here because it is possible to play as a male prostitute
  • Languages - the default language is US English but there are many more
  • Sexual Nudity - this is a link to the STEAM purchase page for Sexual Nudity in which naked women run about and fight in a Japanese village
  • Keyboard - in which the three keys needed to play the game can be remapped

• Across the top right of the screen are icons for;

  • Zen Bedroom in which Desiree is seen and heard having sex. This is a cut scene with a free roaming camera, the player seems to have no control at all
  • Clubs - this opens a nightclub scene in which Desiree is dancing. On the floor with her are two dancers which the player can toggle to be either male or female. Also in the club are two couples having sex and the player can switch the camera to watch them if they prefer.
