Jackpot Slots

Jackpot Slots is a single player, shareware slot machine game. It was released as a functionally limited game and is also part of a three game compilation of the same name.

This is not a simulation of a slot machine game you'd find in a club or a casino, it was designed as a computer game. The machine emulates a traditional one arm bandit with a single payout reel. The big payouts require three identical symbols, however the game will also pay out if one or two cherries appear in the leftmost reels. The game also has a 'Treasure Chest' bonus pot which increases with each spin the player makes, this is paid when the player hits the jackpot - three pots of gold.

Other options tucked away in the menu bar are the save/load feature, statistics, options to change the banner text; the colour of parts of the screen; borrow money from the bank etc. There is also a comprehensive manual that explains the controls.
