Actually more fun than it looks.

The Good
Despite the looks of the teams on the field, this game offers some fun. You can program your play with 5 different formations whether you play offensive or defensive. I know, it is not much, but you can still change positions after the play starts. So you can play a lot and never actually repeat the same moves (and mistakes). Playing against the computer is not that bad either, but its players will only move randomly, so it is not as challenging as a real opponent.

The Bad
The graphics are lame. The players don't look like anything close to humanoids and they blink their way through the field. No big deal on the sound either.

The Bottom Line
Basically, the game follows the rules of American football. Your first have to decide what formation your team will use. Then the play starts and you get move your ball carrier towards the other side of the field with the help of the joystick. The controller button allows you to make a pass, but the opponent's players can also intercept the ball so beware. When you play defensive, well, you mainly have to block the other players and intercept any pass.
