Trivia

Dante

One of the major differences between this version (in fact, the English translation of Nocturne Maniacs) and the original, Japanese-only release of SMT3, is the side-plot involving Dante, the popular demon-hunter from Capcom's Devil May Cry series. Dante's presence was largely advertised in many commercials for the game. However, there is only one time in the entire game where you must meet Dante (and fight him). After that, everything connected to him is optional, if you just follow the main plot, you'll never see him again.

Demons

Since some Megaten fans complained about Devil Summoner sub-series dealing too much with humans, and Persona spin-off allowing only humans in your party, demons being there just for support, Atlus went all the way with the demons in SMT: Nocturne. This is the only Megaten game where the entire party contains only demons, even the main hero being a demon!
