Wild Ride: Surf Shack is a surfing simulation with 3D wave effects, six characters, five special competitors, selectable views, and a variety of tricks. The player competes in heats and races to earn money that can be used to buy newer and better equipment.

Trivia
This is actually the first attempt at making a Surfing simulation. California games had a surfing competition but Wild Ride sought to give gamers the complete experience and actual physics.
