Segeln: Deutsche Inseln - Nordsee & Ostsee

Segeln: Deutsche Inseln - Nordsee & Ostsee is a single player sailing regatta game with an environment around sections of the German North sea and Baltic islands and coastlines. The game is a follow-up to the earlier Days of Sail: Wind over Waters title, only sailing in a different scenario.

Similar to the earlier game, the player gets a sequence of five islands/coastal areas and five sailing boats to unlock as the sailing race progresses. The game starts at the island of Amrum in the North Sea, using a Floating Saxon sailing boat.

As an option to the full campaign/regatta series, it is also possible to sail a single race against a selected number of AI opponents in a practice mode called 'freestyle', which it points-limited, or to sail on their own to practice handling the boat and view the environments in an 'exploration' mode which is time-limited.
