Description
Noughts and Crosses is a cybernetic version of Tic-Tac-Toe. On a three by three grid the player must get three of their marks in a row. The player plays the game against the computer. The computer knows the rules but starts out without having any strategy, but since the computer memorizes each match it will learn to adapt to the player's game and become a stronger and stronger player over time.
