Red Zone

Red Zone is a 1-player arcade game for the 8-bit Atari.

German Field Marshal Erwin Rommel, one of history's best military strategists , must capture the "Red Zone" in the heart of North Africa's World War II battlefield. The player's mission is to maneuver their jeep, which can move in all directions, across the barbed wire in the center of the screen to capture Rommel's men positioned across the Eastern Front. The player must try to move all the men from the east side of the screen to the west before time runs out. Some prisoners will escape and move back to the right. Enemy tanks can be destroyed for bonus points each level. If the player fails to capture all men, it's game over. There are 3 levels of game difficulty.
