Computer Generated Virtual Racing: First Past The Post - Double DVD Game

Moby ID: 205385

Description

There are two discs in this title, one for horse racing and one for greyhound racing. Whereas most DVD games of this type use pre-recorded live races, this product uses virtual races.

The game is for one to four players who compete over matches of four, six, eight or 10 races to see who can make the most, or lose the least, money. All players bet in every race and the game calculates the winnings.

When a race is introduced, each player in turn picks a runner, after which they select their bet which can be either: "Bet To Win" or "Bet Each Way." Each option comes with a fixed range of stakes. When all players have made their bets, there's a 3-2-1 countdown after which the virtual race, complete with commentary, is run.

After the race the game announces the winnings and loses after which it proceeds to the next race.
