Bug Bomb

Description

Bug Bomb is a 1-player arcade game for the BBC Micro.

In the year 2184, men were sent down into the earth to wander the electronic grids that provide the power supplies for the cities. Henry was one such man, tasked with defeating the grid bugs that lived there and fed on the currents.

The game is played on a field of five horizontal and seven vertical intersecting passageways; Henry can move through these, shooting in the opposite direction from his movement. This leaves a bouncing projectile that continues to move about the field. The goal is to shoot the grid bugs who fire and move randomly about. Henry loses a life if he touches a bug or a projectile. Each level has more or faster moving bugs.
