Description

Games of Deduction is a compilation of 3 logic games for the BBC Micro and Electron.

  • 3D-Maze: The computer creates a 2 x 2 to 12 x 10 maze. Played from a 1st-person perspective, the player must navigate the maze to the exit point. The player must quickly navigate across water to avoid drowning. A map is available to help with navigation.
  • Colour-Cube: The player tries to solve a two or three color 3 x 3 cube to a desired pattern. The player presses the numbers 1–9, which changes the color of three squares in a predictable pattern.
  • Mastercode: The computer picks a four-part code of six colors. The player tries to guess the code by guessing a four-color pattern, and the program tells the player how many colors were correct and/or in the correct position. The player has 10 turns to guess the correct pattern.
