Monty Python's The Meaning of Life
Description official description
Monty Python's The Meaning of Life is loosely based on the Monty Python movie of the same name. The player must go through the seven stages of life (The Miracle of Birth, Growth and Learning, Fighting Each Other, Middle Age, Live Organ Transplants, The Autumn Years and Death), looking for hints and clues based on each particular phase of life in an attempt to understand life in general. Once they reach the grand finale, they will be able to live out their life in a cottage, and prove that they can take on the obstacles of life. Having completed these tasks, the player will be given the answer to the ultimate question: the question of life!
There are several scenes from the movie shown in-game as well as several sketches from the Monty Python’s Flying Circus television series, like The Spanish Inquisition.

It would be a great game if it didn't have so many bugs...
The Good
Python video clips and sounds from the movie, as well as new material from all of the surviving pythons.
The Bad
Too many bugs, the game couldn't be finished due to a black screen (there is a work around for this though). Same Photoshop graphics as the other two point and click python games.
The Bottom Line
Great game if you have seen the movie The Meaning of Life, like Python, and if projectile vomiting doesn't gross your out. Otherwise stay away!

Trivia
Meaning of Life contains not one but two programming bugs that can make it impossible to complete the game without cheating or using a walkthrough that warns you in advance. Both are in the very last section of the game. The first involves climbing up a ladder to a blank screen and subsequent game crash. The game requires a disc swap at this point but there is no prompt to do so. The second is in the tradition of many classic adventure games: if the player enters "the beach" without two specific items or saves while at the beach then restores later, there will be no way to obtain an item required to win the game.
To date, Meaning of Life has not been patched to address these bugs.
