Atari ST screenshots
Our too-cool-4-school hero... and what's with those metal underpants?
Oh, noez! My girlfriend's been kidnapped by some recycled in-game sprites!
A little-known fact is that you can actually choose difficulty with F1, F2, and F3 keys.
"Bravest hero"? Who'd want to be called that, anyway?
While not as pretty as the Amiga game, Ghost Battle on ST still looks damn fine.
Would you like a side of Shadow of the Beast to go with your Ghost'n'Goblins?
In this tunnel you discover that the developers haven't actually tried playing their own creation.
Make sure to kill the Michelin Man - he drops a better weapon.
Run children, run! Big Bird went crazy!
I don't know about you but I can hardly contain MY excitement.
Amiga might have a graphical upper hand, but the ST game plays better.
This stage is even smaller and visually less impressive than level 1.
No strategy is involved in this mid-boss battle. Just duck and shoot.
More annoying enemies that can't be killed.
This fire-breathing triceratops has been lifted straight out of Shadow of the Beast.
I already know the answer - it's about ripping off other games and getting away with it!
Some parts of this game were painstakingly engineered for maximum frustration.
At this point in the game the enemy design stops making any kind of sense.
This is Henk Nieborg's way of saying "I got nothing".
Remember the hand that kidnaps your girlfriend? There it is!
That boss is cool, in a and-now-we're-totally-out-of-ideas kind of way.
You bet! (The infinite lives cheat should have come standard in this game)
What do witches have to do with the jungle? We might never know!
And suddenly the game takes a turn for Rush'n'Attack.
"Henk Nieborg was here"
And here I was hoping that there will be at least one more weapon upgrade in the entire game.
This guy could’ve been a complete pushover… if not for crap flung at you from off-screen.
1) There is no such thing as an unfair game mechanic. 2) Metal underpants rule.
Can or can’t I hurt the damn wizard? Make up your mind!
Almost pretty.
Thankfully, neither Steven Spielberg nor anyone at Capcom ever heard of Ghost Battle.
I can't quite put a finger on it, but this boss looks vaguely familiar.
The game ends as abruptly as it begins.
And that's all you get!
..still, better than seeing this screen every two minutes.
Are we missing some important screenshots?
