Name and musical score of the game were taken from the German dance act Snap!'s 1990 hit single Ooops up, a song that went as far up as #5 in the U.K. charts and #2 in Germany.

It was obviously used with permission, as Snap! is even showing up in the game's credits as the sole source of music.
