Most of the crew on the Ishimura has turned into "necromorphs". They can fight even without their heads, so aim for their arms and legs instead.

Another disgusting enemy... the best way to kill it is ,as usual in this game, by dismemberment. I have to cut off all of his tentacles.

This necromorph keeps regenerating, even if I dismember him. How am I supposed to kill it, I wonder?

Enemies with explosive "sacks". If you let them get too close, you will surely get blown to pieces.

This type of necromorph is very annoying. If you try to kill it, it will just split into several small (and fast) enemies.

This woman has obviously lost her mind. I guess it's understandable, considering what has happened here.
