Cranky Crabs

Moby ID: 45242

Description

A small boy has drawn a line in the sand and for one minute (give or take a collectible time bonus) he aims to defend his slice of beachfront property against a veritable crab exodus. To this end, he aims to employ all the weapons at his disposal, amounting to... a yo-yo. Hitting a crab once (by clicking on it) annoys it; hitting it five times obliterates it entirely. Ultimately summer vacation will end and the crabs will triumph, but for 60 gory seconds the boy aims to cull the population as much as possible.

He's a feeble thing, however, never actually directly engaging the crabs from his safe position in the surf, but the game can still end prematurely should he sustain three blows from a coconut or beach ball (!) rolling by in the gentle waves, which can be jumped over by pressing the space bar. Maybe his next bold action against the crabs will be during supper at a seafood restaurant, as long as he doesn't get grazed by a deadly napkin.
