Just plain bad top-down space shooter...

The Good
The concept is quite nice. As any Privateer-like game, you can fly around from city to city (and also to other planets) and check out local bars, shipyards, etc. Earn money and buy better ships and equipment. You can also choose what missions you wish to perform as freelance pilot. What stands out is the top-down perspective and the arcade feel, as opposed to the simulation feel of the vast majority of such genre.

The Bad
The concept was about the only thing they got right in this one. Graphics are awful, from the menus, animation and terrain (pixelated and badly colored, which sometimes makes you loose track of your ship) to the cutscenes (which also feature bad voice acting). Exploration is so simplified you can visit every planet in less than 10 minutes, and they all look very much alike and feature just about the same things. The game displays a rare collection of low production values and bad-taste.

The Bottom Line
A terrible attempt at making an top-down shooter work with free-lancing features.
