Theme Park

Theme Park for mobile devices is a free-to-play social game. Like in Bullfrog's original Theme Park, the player's task is to build and manage his own amusement park. To attract visitors to the park and earn money, the player has to build different rides and shops. As in other games of its kind, constructions take some time but the player can spend tickets to speed things up. Tickets can be bought in the game and can also be used to unlock and build new rides and shops. To earn some extra cash the player can engage in different mini games that makes the rides go faster. These involves tapping or making sliding motions on the screen at a certain pace. To keep attracting visitors the rides need to be repaired and the shops need to be restocked. At the same time the player has to watch out for trash and empty the cans when they are full. Rides and shops can be upgraded and will then attract bigger crowds and make more money.

A park grade shows how well the player is doing. By maintaining a high rank it is possible to get bonuses on earnings. One thing that has an impact on the grade is for example the cleanliness of the park. There is also a park rank that increases when the player levels up. To level up the player has to collect a certain amount of flags. Flags are earned from rides and shops in the same way as money as well as by doing tasks like emptying trash cans or restocking inventories. When reaching higher ranks, more buildings are unlocked. As the player makes progress the park can be expanded. At the start only as small part of the map is available, but more areas can be unlocked. Each part of the park can have its own theme.
