Moby ID: 60948

Description

Robottrack is one of a package of games produced by The Code Zone. Games from this package were used, in various combinations, in around twenty different game compilation packages.

Robottrack is a single-player, turn-based, strategy game where the object is to achieve a high score. The player, for no reason whatever other than it creates a gaming situation, finds themselves in a large room populated by killer robots. The robots have no guns but continually move towards the player who they will kill on contact. The only way to survive is to make the robots collide with each other, or with the wreckage resulting from previous collisions, as this destroys them.

The game is, by default, controlled via the numeric keypad but the action keys can be redefined and joystick support is also available. It is played in a window which cannot be re-sized. The game has sound, three levels of difficulty, a high score screen and in-game help screens.
