Green Dreams

Green Dreams is a promotional game for the music album Green Language by the electronic music artist Rustie. Similar in its visual design to Minecraft, the player gets to explore an environment that is fairly small in square size and wraps around when going in a single direction, but large in its vertical scale.

The game focuses entirely on exploration and has no weapons or monsters. The player needs to locate golden monument landmarks that each unlocks one of the thirteen songs on the album. Once discovered the song starts playing right away. Starting in the jungle, jump pads are used to reach areas higher in the clouds including pyramids and and a maze. A number in the top left screen keeps track of the discovered monuments and they also become dark yellow once discovered. Some of the environment has been adapted to match the song's titles, such as Up Down when first using a jump pad or Lost when inside the maze. When all monuments are discovered the player is awarded with a full stream of the album.
