Preferential Treatment

The author wrote this game for their two year old son who was, naturally, too young to play a 'proper' game. It plays "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" because that was his son's favourite tune and, because his favourite colour was green, balloons of that colour come up more often than any other.
