Indy 800
Description
Indy 800 is a racing game for up to 8 players. The massive cabinet takes up 16 square feet of floor space and has two wheels on each side. One of the first full color arcade games, each player gets a different colored car. Players race around a track that twists around at sharp angles. Players can make fast, sharp turns, which was unusual at the time.
A scaled down arcade follow-up called Indy 4 in 1976, and an even more scaled-down follow up for the Atari 2600 was released in 1977 as Indy 500.
