Pro Pilot USA
Description
Pro Pilot USA is the second title in Sierra's Pro Pilot series of civilian flight simulators.
The game is similar to the previous release, Pro Pilot '98, except it omits the European terrain, and focuses solely on North America while adding a new 'Virtual Co-pilot' feature that will help the novice pilot with radio communications and keeping track of the height and course changes required to pass through controlled airspace.
Navigational aids include ATC, VOR, ILS, NDB, and Victor routes for IFR flight planning, and all major rivers, mountains, lakes, and other such geographical features are included in detail for VFR navigation assistance.
The game has tutorial videos and online help, preconfigured Quick Flights to get the eager pilot in the air for instant flights over scenic areas, and a flight planning wizard with charts showing your course.
Like the rest of the Pro Pilot series, this game puts focus on communication with air traffic controllers and other computer-controlled pilots, with the addition of this installment's onboard virtual pilot to help you on your way.

- Cessna Skyhawk 172R
