LEGO Technic Bionicle Nestlé
Description
This promotional CD-ROM came in Nestlé cereals. It was made to promote LEGO's then-new BIONICLE line. It features interactive content providing information about the characters, story, and products. Also included is a game. It is a side-scrolling platformer where the player controls the six Toa.
Each Toa has their own level, taking place in their respective region. At first, the levels are accessed by clicking on a Toa's respective Turaga. The goal is to collect all the Toa's masks in a level before reaching the end. The Toa has two lives, and these lives are lost by falling into the abyss at the bottom of the level or by collecting Infected Masks. The screen slowly scrolls to the right, so the Toa must keep moving, or they will be forcefully pushed. Upon completing a level, the player is taken back to the Turaga menu to play the other levels. Once all six are completed, a new section opens on the CD's menu that shows a five-record leaderboard and allows access to the "full game" mode. In this mode, all six levels are played in a row, and continuously repeat themselves.
