Dinosaur King is a card-based RPG in which the player is Max Taylor or Rex Owen who battle against the Alpha Gang to protect the 100 dinosaur cards.

The game features a head-to-head battle to fight another player and 5 areas to explore (North America, Asia, Europe, Antarctica and Africa). It also contains a Dinosaur Encyclopedia to discover the dinosaur's information when unearthing a fossil.
