VIP Classic Wings 98: Volume One

VIP Classic Wings 98: Volume One is the first product released by The VIP Group. It is an add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator 98. VIP Classic Wings 98: Volume 2 was released later the same year as a special edition mail-order only product.

The game also has additional scenery and flight situations from WestWind Cielo Air Cargo, an on-line airline based at Denver's Stapleton Airport, and two "Sound Adventures" the “757 Engine Start-Up” and the “188 Electra Start-Up & Shut-Down” which take the player through an accurate start-up process with real engine sounds.

The manual is over one hundred and eighty pages long and is in English, German and Italian, there is no manual on the CD though there is documentation, in English, on the Cielo scenery, WestWind Cielo Air Cargo and the Lockheed L-188 Electra. The installation process is designed to be re-run giving the player the option to install/uninstall all aircraft in the collection, all liveries for an aircraft, or just the aircraft and liveries the player wants. The WestWind Cielo scenery is a separate installation option too.
