For Your Thighs Only is a humorous, James Bond spoof text adventure with some graphics. The player takes the role of James Smith who according to the title screen is a secret agent, OOH superspy, intellect extraordinaire, ladies man and pretty bloody amazing all-round guy!.

The game starts with James in the bath, naturally he's not alone, when the bad guys storm the place and try to kill him. The player must escape, avoid being killed, before uncovering and foiling a dastardly plot. This is a two-part game, part two uses saved data from part one meaning it cannot begin until part one has been completed.

When completed successfully the player will score 255/255 Swiss bank accounts. There is no in-game plot summary at the start of this game and using the EXAMINE verb on a character brings up an interaction menu screen.
