Wikipedia must have lied to us again. The German Wikipedia page even mentions an Atari arcade edition, which is nowhere to be seen. Since you have admin status, can you reject the arcade platform?

Right, I didn't find any mention of a license from Exidy for the Atari Circus variant.
(btw. Exidy's Circus did get ported to the Exidy Sorcerer home computer, I saw it listed in a vintage machine sale, with a handful of games. I don't think we have this computer in our lineup yet.)

Ah, the home platform of "Wizard's Crown", a very early CRPG!

OK then, I will submit a new game entry for the arcade version. I'm surprised Atari wasn't sued. Circus Atari is DEFINITELY a copy of Exidy's Circus.

Industry leaders sometimes forget that they're not allowed to wholesale plunder from their competition with impunity. Hey wait, you don't actually own us -- yet!

Could be because there was no precedent at that time.
