Ashley Parker's first experience in the games industry started at Beam Software/Melbourne House before relocating to the UK. After working for two years with Microsoft at European Xbox Certification, Ashley joined Babel Media. First working as project manager, he was appointed as Head of PC and Console QA in March, 2005.

Relocating back to Australia in early 2006, Ashley took on the QA Manager role at the Creative Assembly Brisbane office. Now working as a Senior Producer he remains working on the Total War franchise.
