Keiichirou Toyama is a video game designer, best known as the creator of the Silent Hill and Siren video game series.

Toyama had studied Art before entering the industry. He joined Konami in 1994 where he worked on Snatcher and International Track & Field. He left the company in 1999 after the first Silent Hill game was released. After joining SCE Japan Studio, Toyama created the Siren games.
