Biography edit · view history

Matt Lord worked at Electronic Arts as a marketing and games manual copywriter from 2003 until 2006.

Based out of Chertsey, UK, he was part of the UK Writers' Group, who were primarily responsible for generating original, consumer-focused marketing copy and associated manuals for a diverse gaming community, working on best-selling franchises such as FIFA and Burnout. A typical broad portfolio of marketing copy for each title required 'Lordy' to write sell sheets, press releases, back of pack copy, web and mobile copy, in-game help text and dialogue. The UK Writers' Group disbanded in 2006 when the European HQ moved to Geneva.

Matt now works as a London-based copywriter in the advertising industry.
