When the company got into trouble, a partnership with Mastertronic was set up, which resulted into the foundation of Innovisions, financed by Mastertronic but operated independently. Leaving all financial and business details to Mastertronic, Galloway focused on the products together with Roy Carnell and Stephen Kirk.
