Biography edit · view history
Nina graduated from Oxford University with a masters' degree in English Language and Literature. After a stint as an editor at Oxford University Press, she accomplished her dream job: writing children’s novels for Britain’s largest children’s book publisher, Dorling Kindersley.
She was recruited by the startup Attica Interactive as a producer for multimedia reference material and games. This small company made reference CD-ROMs that outsold giants such as Encarta in the UK. A huge Myst fan, Nina was instrumental in licensing, localizing and publishing sequel, Riven, throughout Europe. From here she moved to creating and producing her own games. (She is most proud of her work with 'Treasure' author, Dan James, on the Roman Treasure Hunt: Aureum.)
In 1998, she was approached by Electronic Arts UK to be their European Online Manager, and in 2000 moved to their California headquarters as International Studio Liaison Manager to help launch the company's new gaming portal.
In 2002, Nina moved to EA’s studio division as Talent Producer and Director of License Relations. Focusing on EA's top franchises, she owned licensor relationships, creating and managing licensed asset production pipelines, and produced talent-related content (including voice-over sessions and million-dollar video live action shoots).
In 2010, Nina joined Zynga as a senior producer, and she is now Chief of Staff focusing on the design and creative disciplines.
