Jim Bello has been a developer since 1982. Working mostly in C and C++. Most of his career has been spent working in the corporate world for companies such as Dunn & Bradstreet and consulting at AT&T.
Jim is the author of several game reviews which can be read at The Wargamer website. (http://www.wargamer.com)
Working off of the file layouts for Steel Panthers 1 order of battle files provided by Nick Bell for the original SPEDIT (which was a DOS program), he developed a Microsoft Windows editor for the Steel Panthers line called SpObedit. SpObedit worked with all three versions of the game. SpObedit was written in Visual C++ using the Microsoft Foundation Class libraries.
