One of the most hilarious writers in the world, with books such as the 5-volume series Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Adams was involved in the development of several computer games, the first of which was an interactive version of his Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy released by Infocom in 1984. He founded a company called The Digital Village which published the game Starship Titanic which was nominated for a BAFTA award.
