Takashi Tezuka (手塚 卓志, also known as Ten Ten) was born November 17, 1960 in Osaka, Japan. A graduate of the Design Department of Osaka University of Arts, he joined Nintendo in April 1984. Tezuka took leading roles in designing some of the company's best-known titles, including installments in Mario and Zelda series. Together with Shigeru Miyamoto, he is currently the general manager of the development department in Nintendo EAD.
