Wesley Dallas Merritt specializes in watercolor painting and detailed graphite drawing. He showed great talent and interest for drawing as a young child growing up in central Indiana. In pursuit of his passion, Wesley Dallas Merritt studied art at the Joe Kubert School of Art in Dover, N.J.After working several years as a concept artist, he developed an affinity for watercolor and completely devoted himself to painting.

The contemporary realistic style of painting Wesley Dallas Merritt has mastered shows the true emotion and beauty of the human figure. A fine line of light and shadow characterizes his crisply detailed subjects. Today his work has gained recognition in regional as well as national exhibitions and can be found in many private collections around the world.

Wesley Dallas Merritt works out of his art studio in Zionsville Indiana.
