Prior to joining Pixel Mine Productions, Joe was the Lead Programmer of the Tools & Technology division at TKO Software where he brought on board a cutting edge game engine that was used for numerous projects and internal pitches. Before TKO, Joe worked as a Senior Programmer and co-founder of Contraband Entertainment where he developed the Abducted technology, a PC game engine that was featured at GDC and at E3 in 2003 by technology partner Nvidia. Joe is also the original author of Tread3D - A Quake map editor that was licensed to create Dragonslair 3D. Tread3D continues to be a favorite editor by several mod groups.
Joe also helped to develop the PC versions of Stubbs the Zombie, Myth III: The Wolf Age, and Tony Hawk's American Wasteland.
