Bill Budge is a Programmer and Game Designer and is acknowledged by many as an industry legend.

He began computer programming as a teenager in the late 60's. After working at Apple in the early 80's (where he created Raster Blaster) and a short stint with his own Publishing Company (BudgeCo) he joined EA in 1983.

At EA, he created the seminal Pinball Construction Set. The game was a smash hit and Bill Budge was featured extensively as part of the famous 'we see farther' ad campaign, that featured photos of the artists and programmers that made up the EA portfolio at that time.
