Maurice Suckling has worked in computer games since writing the screenplay for Driver in 1998. He's worked on over 20 titles since as a designer, a voice director, a producer, and an animation director, and a motion capture director, but most often as a writer. He co-founded The Mustard Corporation in 2005, and Mana Sound in 2009. He has also worked in TV, radio, and theatre, at one time being part of the Comic Relief writing team. He holds a PhD in Creative Writing from Newcastle University. His first collection of short stories, Photocopies of Heaven, was published in 2006.
