Gazillion Entertainment is a developer, publisher and operator of massively multiplayer online games and services. It was founded by Robert Hutter in November 2004, but initially operated in stealth mode using the name NR2B Research. In 2005, he brought John Romero and Bhavin Shah into the fold as co-founders and officially began operations in September 2005 to begin establishing and acquiring studios, and gathering investors, to form a team of about 360 employees by 2011. It is based in San Mateo, California (USA).

Gazillion has projects based on established franchises such as Marvel (a partnership announced in March 2009) and LEGO, as well as its own original properties. It owns the following studios:
