Overview edit · view history

Mitchell Corporation was started as a distributor of coin-op PCB in the late 1980s by Koichi Niida and Roy Ozaki. Ozaki is still the president and Niida is still the vice-president. In the eighties, Mitchell was the exclusive overseas agent for most of the small video manufacturers in Japan. The companies represented included Visco, Video Systems, Seta, Metro, Home Data, etc. They handled most games aside from SEGA, Konami, Namco, Taito and the other giants.

Previously, Mitchell was an import/export company set up in the sixties by Roy Ozaki's father, who was called Mitchell. Most recently, the company has created the games Puzz Loop and Polarium, and they produce titles for mobile platforms.
