Overview edit · view history

Incorporated in December 1999 and operational in July 2000, LTStudios Ltd was a UK game development studio headed by Andrew Parsons, with Jez San and Joss Ellis as directors. In 2000 Argonaut Games PLC already invested in the company. Then in September 2001 Argonaut acquired the remaining 70% interest and LTStudios became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Argonaut.

Initially based in Radford, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire (in converted stables) - the studio moved the office to Upper Heyford, about fifteen minutes from Bicester, Oxfordshire, in January 2001. The studio attracted many developers who previously worked at Codemasters and Psygnosis.

LTStudios was responsible for the PS2 port of Malice in 2004. Due to financial difficulties at Argonaut, LTStudios was forced to close in May 2004.
