Company bought back by main share holders. Names changed back to Synergenix Interactive.

The company merges with Kayak Interactive. The new company will operate as Kayak Interactive, while Synergenix becomes a wholly owned subsidiary.

December 14th, 2005

The company announces a local office and organization in the United Kingdom, based in London.
