Bill Gardner started in the video games industry with Panasonic in the 1980's. In the 1990's he joined Capcom as President/CEO of the USA operations. In 1999 he formed Capcom's European operations and also headed the coin-op and arcade divisions.

He left Capcom in late 2003 to form O-3, a novice, independent publisher, and in 2005 joined Eidos USA as President and CEO for North American Operations.

He has been a developer, entrepreneur and Senior manager for over 20 years.
