Description

Galaxy Combat II is a single-player space combat game.

You were on a routine assignment when it happened. While you were out charting asteroids, the entire defense fleet was being devastated by Zargonian Invasion. It happened so quickly that you didn't even receive any distress calls until after you returned - to find the entire fleet in ruins.

Played on a 10 x 10 grid, there are 10 space stations, 20 Zargonian battleships, and a single Zargonian planet, which serves as their resupply point. The player is armed with 5 torpedoes, and if they move to a battleship square, they must quickly blast the enemy ship before their shields are depleted. The player must visit all 10 space stations to receive a piece of the planet killer. They can also resupply at this point. Upon receiving the planet killer, they can venture to the enemy planet to destroy it, and protect the Confederation.

Difficulty levels from 1 to 20 are available.
